"Not happy breakfast was not included. You feel like hotel is discounted but at the end it’s really not worth using 3 rd party. Not much savings. However the agent who helped me change booking dates from Expedia was superb and helpful. Thank you for a great job - the hotel was clean, beautiful, great staff. Good breakfast. Pool was great for the kids, and we felt at home. Weldone sheraton Novi."

"OK, so I knew going into it that it wasn't a 5-star hotel. That being said, there were some areas of concern if you, the reader, are wondering about this hotel. First off. It is old and in desperate need of a renovation. If a microwave in the room is important to you, ask if the room has one before you leave the front desk. Mine did not. Come to find out, other rooms did. The room was fine, but as mentioned. very dated. It had a fridge which did come in handy. The TV was at least 15 years old....

"The bed was super comfortable and as a fan of white noise, it was nice to have a heating/AC unit that had a continuous fan option. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was mostly clean but the fridge had food crumbs in it and there was some garbage stuck to the kitchen floor. Everything else was just fine."
