"It a beautiful Hotel . Thought the lounge and things were included but they tried to up sale instead. Also It wasn’t clear what restaurant had the daily credit and it’s not the breakfast one. I ate twice in the sushi one but wanted to save the credit .. And they wouldn’t credit me. Seems petty, but that’s where they could be more clear and better customer service."

"Hotel was good overall, very busy hotel. Pool was a great addition although not the most heated, public areas were worn out in places such as carpets frayed. Rooms were not sound proof, you could hear noises from other rooms. Breakfast extremely busy at all times. Limited selection for a buffet breakfast."

"I loved the bottle of wine at check-in. Nice touch! I also liked that the room had a refrigerator. That is something I like to have, but not as common these days."

"The only issie I had was that you can hear the people in the next room talking. So it was hard to get to sleep. The walls seem "thin" in this hotel. Stayed here before and same thing. Could almost hear the conversation. City noise is always an issue but thats not the hotels fault. A garbage truck doing something woke me up at 4:30am. Loud banging and glass breaking for about an hour. Wasnt sure what it was. Other than that, the place was clean and bed/pillows very comfortable. Riom was a good temperature. The staff is super friendly. Ill continue to use this hotel."

"The room itself was quite nice and clean but the hallways in the hotel were endless and confusing and the different elevators were not well marked or explained. We kept getting lost in this enormous hotel. The hotel had a super casual city vibe and s’mores were offered upon arrival. The hotel employees did not seem super professional but were friendly enough. The location of the hotel was great for sightseeing. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work at all. Overall, not my favorite hotel but a decent choice."

"Good price, good location, good service - parking very expensive so park across street for 1/2 the price of valet - - construction at front so maybe that’s why price was attractive for its class - can walk to most places downtown area - 5 minutes to China town - 20minutes to ferry building, 30 minutes to oracle stadium - 20 minutes to y ion square -"
