"Room was lovely (20) & Hotel is very well done. Staff were all very friendly and had great service throughout our stay, from our arrival, bar/restaurant & the cleaners as left. Full English breakfast was amazing. Handy on site parking and a 15-20 minute walk into the city. Both agreed would like to stay again next time heading to Norwich."

"The staff were all polite and helpful, although some seemed a little inexperienced. We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted. We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. Someone had come in, left a large bag of tea/coffee sachets in the room, but not cleaned the cups & tray - I assume they got distracted & didn't finish the job."

"Warm welcome on arrival, although it says hotel entrance on one side of the building, but by the time you’ve walked all the way through, you’re back in the bar! Only one towel in the room but this was quickly sorted once reported. The room was clean, with plenty of hot water, tea & coffee. The only issues we had in the room (no9) was we couldn’t turn the radiator off, so had to have the windows open and then had a lot of road nose, and someone had jammed the shower on maximum heat. Both were reported to maintenance. We had a great evening in the restaurant, but didn’t have breakfast. "

"The staff were friendly but were unable to change my room which was not ideal. I was given a disabled room- the fittings were heavily rusted, the shower flooded the entire bathroom and the sink was badly chipped. A deep clean of the room is also required"
