"Easy to walk to after arriving however HUGE line for check in then distinctly worn around the edges room was a bit of a disappointment."

"Hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. We used the self check-in computers in the lobby which helped us skip the line upon arrival. System worked great. The hotel is located a bit further than we had originally anticipated but is definitely within walking distance."

"We booked the family room for 4 to stay with our 2 small children. This was by far the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The room had two small twin-size beds and they converted a small sofa into a bed for the kids . The 3 beds took up most of the room. We did not have enough room to fit our bags in the room since we would not have been able to get to the beds. We also used the luggage storage as we were staying at this hotel a few times in between countries which was very helpful. When we checked in, we were informed that instead of the queen bed we booked, there was an issue with the system so we would have to use two twin beds instead. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Raumkühlung: Es handelte sich hierbei – laut Rezeption – nicht um eine reguläre Klimaanlage. Die Temperatur ließ sich nur in 3-Grad-Schritten regulieren, wodurch eine feinere Abstimmung von Kühlung und Lautstärke leider nicht möglich war. "This was the 3rd stop for the VY bus if you are coming from the airport. It came with free breakfast but we had a very early flight the next day so we were not able to do that but upon checking in, their employee offered us a boxed breakfast togo to take along with us when we leave in the morning which is why we gave them a 5 star.
