"well maintain hotel, great location, easy to get to the city center, close to the terminal as well, good breakfast variety, good restaurant menu and food quality as well, very fast and easy check in/check out, welcome water before checking it which is a really great touch, people get dehydrated on the airplane. the say was actually perfect! The only suggestion, I wish they had washing cloth in the bathroom."

"This was the 3rd stop for the VY bus if you are coming from the airport. It came with free breakfast but we had a very early flight the next day so we were not able to do that but upon checking in, their employee offered us a boxed breakfast togo to take along with us when we leave in the morning which is why we gave them a 5 star. That was really good customer service, there were 4 of us so they gave us each a bag roght when we walked out in the AM, it was something simple, bread, butter, ham...

"We booked the family room for 4 to stay with our 2 small children. This was by far the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The room had two small twin-size beds and they converted a small sofa into a bed for the kids . The 3 beds took up most of the room. We did not have enough room to fit our bags in the room since we would not have been able to get to the beds. We had to leave our bags by the door (blocking the door) to have any room to get to the beds. In addition, the room was hot when we...

"Great welcome from front of house on a very hot day. Easy dining options - either buffet style or a la carte. Super friendly staff who gave us clear advice on airport transfers. Reception is staffed 24 hours Early breakfast is laid on from 4.15 a.m. for those with transfers at silly o'clock in the morning and the shuttle bus is door to door 10/10 team Best Western, hope to stay with you again"

"Room was clean enough but had areas that needed dusting. General maintenance was good and facilities are well kept. Spa is good value and is a great bonus to the hotel. Great area, close enough to Oslo to make it an easy trip during the day. Alternative places to eat in the area are all 30 minutes or so away though. Views are incredible and make the overall stay more than worthwhile."
