"We needed to stay for a week and only stayed for one night! The rooms were horrific! They had rodent feces in the drawers. My employees got all bit up by something in the room. Everything was outdated. When I called the front desk to discuss what was happening there were no answer. We booked this room through Expedia, and they couldn't get an answer either. That is just bad business! Would not recommend! I have a case pending with Expedia with how dirty and terrible the rooms were. Do...

"Very helpful staff and a restaurant with good options on site. Rooms were clean. My only complaint was that the frame surrounding the bottom of the bed was coming apart."

"No complaints except the first floor is very noisy, due to the kitchen being there. Otherwise room was comfy although I personally did not like the pillows but bed and sheets were very pleasant to sleep in. I had to buy water there which was a little pricey and annoying but other amenities were good. Lots of places to eat nearby and the location is very convenient for anywhere you want to go in the area I would stay again."

"Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed."

"The man running front desk was so nice and accommodating. The hotel was clean, smells really nice- not moldy like a lot of other hotels. They have a nice spot outside with a couple lg gas grills for guests to use, 2 fire pits, a bunch of tables and chairs and it’s lit up at night, making it a nice little spot to hang out so your not stuck in your room all night, it’s really close to everything although it’s not right in town surrounded by other places and shops.
