"Difficulty finding room as the directions stated to go upstairs but the room was downstairs and did not have a key in the door as communicated. Location is not walkable to anything - car required. The room was worn and there were stains on sheets and both (only 2) towels. Hot tub is cold. Good communication with management. It was ok but would not recommend. "

"The villa was spacious, clean, with perfect amenities. We never saw housekeeping until checkout. The beaches on the property needed some tending and clean up. Some broken equipment and trash needlessly laying around. Otherwise a very peaceful and lovely experience. Sapodilla bay beach conveniently located across the street but traded proximity/direct beach access with comfort, space, and convenience. Overall loved our stay here. "

"Every thing was perfect - the staff especially. Food was great, breakfast was amazing. Room was so nice and comfortable. Clean, updated, perfect. Both our room attendants and our concierge guys made sure we were well taken care of. My husband used the gym and loved it. Our vacation was so peaceful.
