"We stayed here in November ‘23 and had a much better experience. This time our room was missing several things such as remote control, tray for coffee pod in the inroom coffee maker, and hair dryer. The AC couldn’t keep up with the humidity so we had to blast it to keep the moisture down. The remote didn’t work for the living area tv. We had to ask for extra soap because they only clean the room every 3 days. The trash cans also got really full because no one came to empty them. Had I known that...
