"The staff was excellent as well as the breakfast! My only small complaint…no one cleaned my room. I placed the sign out when I left the hotel, however when I returned, my room was the same. Not sure why this happened….?? The staff was very helpful and provided me extra towels. Thank you staff!🤗"

"I found earrings in my room that I threw in the trash. The swimming pool area wasn't in good or great shape. The pool area needs some modern upgrades. More seating and better lighting. Breakfast was fair and the was little small for the furniture that was in the room. It was okay. I've stayed in several other SPRINGHILL SUITES MARRIOTT and it was ALOT NICER than this particular facility. The rooms were also much bigger."

"There were gnats everywhere in my room. My bedding had blood stains and pubic hair on as well as in them. Carpet was not clean. The pool had the emergency stop button for hot tub out of its socket. Staff was amazing however, breakfast was good."

"All I have to say really is that the morning we were leaving, I go to take a shower & it didn't work... a trickle was coming out of the faucet & it definitely wasn't enough pressure to make the shower actually work. We had a long drive ahead of us, so we just got packed up & when I went to check out I let the front desk know we couldn't shower... which really is unacceptable for the cost of hotels these days. He asked if I wanted to take a shower in another room- um, no, we were ready to...
