"The entire floor smelled like weed. We were moved to another floor, which was better, but the facility sits right on the highway so you you hear traffic noise all night long. Breakfast was decent. "

"Staff was wonderful and very friendly. My 6 year old had a blast in the indoor pool area. However, I will say if he was a little bit smaller I'm not sure he would have enjoyed it as much. We will definitely be back and hope to catch some rays outdoors! When leaving, my son asked if we could go back, so it was a win for all!"

"The hotel met all of the requirements for a one night stay. I only have one complaint. The toliet in my room did not work "

"The bathtub was cracked, there was no elevator and I had a 50lb suitcase plus my carryon suitcase to lug to the 3rd floor, and I am a disabled veteran so it was miserable. I was STRUGGLING just to get my bags from the disabled parking to the door, in the snow, and the front desk guy just watched me from the window the entire time, instead of helping me. Then he checked me in and put me on the 3rd floor! The only hot breakfast food was pancakes but the machine didn't work. I will be posting this...

"Parking was good. Didn't use any of the amenities, but they looked good. The only thing was that we had guest above us that had kids that were running or jumping off the bed and kept us up till almost 11 pm."

"I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund. It took a hour to check me in. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key. The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available."
