"This is a lovely, clean, cozy little option, very close to downtown Elk Rapids. We enjoyed the little fireplace, it was quiet and comfortable."

"Clean, friendly to our dogs, a differentiator was 24 hour pool instead of typical 10 pm close, and 24 hour coffee and juice was a nice vibe. Breakfast was very good compared to other hotels, and staff person very attentive. Lobby was lovely, again, compared to "normal" hotels of this type. And price was reasonable. I would stay again."

"Very well kept historic but updated propriety. Room was a fantastic size and bed and pillows were wonderful. Nice touches during check in and any minor issues that came up were handled with care. Each am they had a delicious continental breakfast including local blueberry scones and muffins. "
