"Hotel was easy to get to off the interstate. Our room faced the interstate so road noise could be heard. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good."

"Bed was comfy. In the shower there was conditioner in the shampoo so I couldn’t shampoo my hair. The body was pump was totally broken. I told the guy at the front desk and he had ear buds in and he just stared at me and didn’t write it down. Who knows if he even heard what I said. I think $50 is way too high for a pet. I say lower your prices and get a deposit then when everything is fine you give it back. Our dog is completely potty trained and clean. Why so expensive?"

"It was fine, the room is basic but comfortable, they offer a small complimentary breakfast and you can help yourself to coffee throughout the day. The WiFi was a bit frustrating… they have like 6 networks and it kicks you off a couple of times a day and you have to log back in, annoying when you are staying for a week."

"Front desk was amazing. Our key cards were not working. There were no blankets or sheets for the sofa bed and we did not have enough towels for all of us. The sofa bed had stains on it and it did not look clean. Breakfast was great and the staff was very sweet!"

"I understand that you often get what you pay for, but this establishment was nothing like the pictures shown in the reviews. The furniture was old, worn out, and appeared unclean. The entrance was so run-down that I honestly thought I had arrived at the wrong location because it looked abandoned and closed. The beds were made but I dusted down with pinesol The signs were faded and in need of paint, the grass was overgrown, and the overall appearance was poorly maintained. Even my 9-year-old looked at the building and said, “This can’t be open.” Unfortunately, the property did not match the expectations set by the online photos and reviews. All red roof inns aren’t this bad but this was horrible in my eyes"
