"This is a joke my team waited for the room till 9pm chek in was at 3pm they got there at 7 from long drive and had to wait 2 hours so they can have the room ready for them i want a full refund or a free stay at any of my choice this unacceptable"

"Excellent location, convenient to restaurants and I70. We were able to check in early with a very helpful employee. But....the TV remote would not turn the TV off. Contacted the desk who said to try the control on the back of the TV, that worked, but! The free wifi would not load programs so I ended up using my phone hot spot. And, though there were towels under the wash basin, there were none in the shower/tub/toilet room nor was there a waste can in that room. Minor annoyances that kept this...

"We requested a roll away bed for my grandson or 2 queen beds - he had to sleep on the floor. Requested a handicapped room or on the first floor and we had to walk up 3 sets of stairs to get to our room. Staff was gone when we arrived they left they key on the desk at 10pm"
