"The staff here were amazing. The staff made our stay very easy. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. I would recommend a stay here if youre planning a trip. The area is nice and I felt safe in the parking lot even at night. Just be aware it is about an hour drive into downtown due to traffic."

"To be honest everything on the property is great. Service was unmatched, room was very clean, and the front desk did an exceptional job to make sure everything was to my wife and I liking. The only back draw is the elevators. The hotel is huge, they have 4 elevators there but only two are working, which made no sense to me, especially with it being Labor Day weekend, the entire hotel was booked and the wait for the elevators was sometimes up to 5mins. "Great option to stay close enough to the airport but in a really nice and quiet neighborhood. The hotel is close to a bus station wich is very convinient if you are looking public transportation to downtown Chicago, the hotel is also to a walkable distance to the mall and dining options. The hotel and room are very clean, the staff is really nice and friendly.
