"I should've checked before I booked that it was pet friendly. Upon entering the room the overwhelming (cover up) floral scent was awful. We had to turn on the fan immediately to get some air flow. The floors felt like we were walking on sticky wax and the tub was awful. The sink had a stopper in that we could barely let the water out. I am including pics of the bathroom...where apparently a dog scratched off the wood surrounding the door and what looked like fecal matter on the wall. The...

"I paid in advance for 2 queen beds they gave me one king bed and me and my mom had to share , the hotel and the room smelled like mildew the back wall was full of mildew , only ice machine was on the 3rd floor then the elevator had a sign that said the elevator only works on floors 3 & 4 so i walked back to floor 1 to get to my room at

the cabinet door in the food area was on the floor and the desk clerk used tape to tape it up , the side door of the hotel was not locked so anyone...
