"The buildings and surrounding parking lot appear to be condemned and abandoned on first sight (at least one of the buildings actually is condemned and boarded up w/posted notices all over it). The staff if there is one is simply unavailable and unresponsive. The elevator in the building my room was in on the 3rd floor does not work ( I can personally confirm that it hasn't worked for at least 1 year).
The room itself could have actually been nice if anyone gave minimal attention to repairs...

"This hotel is Conveniently located across the street from Kings Dominion. We drove 3 1/2 hours to go to amusement park and after a long day needed to rest. We drove literally out of the park lot across street to this hotel. The indoor pool added for extra fun for kids. Pool open til11pm and check out at 12 so that helped a lot to. The hotel is clean and served a good breakfast. The beds aren’t the best but everything is clean!"

"Was a first class hotel and is now in poor condition, the owners need to spend some $
the golf course next store is closed and nothing but weeds and cut down trees.
Most staff are very nice."
