"We had a great time at The Perch both before and after the concert at Capital one Hall.. Food and drinks were delicious and not overly expensive, they even have live music, corn hole games and expansive lawn. It truly felt like a neighborhood and not the top of a building!"

"My third stay here and as always it was a good stay! Water pressure wasn't the best but no different than any other hotel. Bummer that you have to pay for doing laundry but with the price of the stay I cant really complain. Look forward to my next stay"
