"Everything about my stay was phenomenal, from the staff, the room, location, spa services + onsen, to the breakfast buffet. The staff truly goes out of their way to make you feel special. Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this was by far the friendliest, most attentive and accommodating staff. Thank you to Rose, Chris, Viper, Louisa, Happy and the rest of the staff for consistently going out of their way for me. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are deciding between hotels in Hanoi, I promise this is the right choice!"

"Amazing experience and location. Walking distance to majority of sites, or quick grab ride away. The front staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to safely leave our luggage after check out to continue exploring before our departure. Beer street was fun in the evening! Sky bar cocktails were delicious."
