"It’s a very new hotel, so everything is spanking new but some parts of the hotel is still under renovation. Occupancy rate now is very low, so the staff’s attention to customer is beyond this world. "

"This was the first lodging on our SE Asia trip, and the breakfast spoiled us for the rest of our tour: so varied and delicious! We stayed in a family suite that had two rooms in one, one with a king bed and one with two twins, which is a genius idea. The rooftop pool and bar was a great place to unwind after sightseeing, and the restaurant had a delicious dinner with amazing views if Hanoi."
