"The hotel was amazing! Friendly staff, the hotel all over was very clean and neat, and it was very quiet and comfortable. The hotel is in a rural area that mostly industrial buildings surrounding the area, but a lot of them were empty and the roads are not well kept. There’s potholes and cracks in the roadway makes for a rather bumpy ride. Doesn’t have much public transportation nor any restaurants, or diners, stores, or any other attractions. It’s very remote and rural area with empty buildings...

"The room was nice. I was especially grateful to the woman at the front desk who helped me when I checked in. I had miss typed my dates for the reservation and had to make another for that night. When I tried to cancel with Expedia, they told me it was non refundable and I had no recourse. I mentioned the situation to the front desk associate and they were able to cancel the other reservation and get me a refund from Expedia.
