The stay was amazing, love the laundry on site. Breakfast was remarkable, enjoyed the company of our amazing omelet maker Miss Laurel. Only down fall was the swimming pool, needs a deep cleaning. You can see the build up around the walls of the pool. Only in the pool for 10 minutes when I noticed the uncleanleyness.

I had a reservation and when I arrived the hotel manager had canceled my reservation. I was told that I had been relocated, which I wasn’t. Mario at the front desk wasn’t any help. I chose this hotel because me and my sister were traveling alone and I wanted a nice place, in a good location.

The hospitality hour was disgusting. A tray of plain humas and a tray of old dried up carrot circles and brownish celery sticks. Not done well at all. The red wine at this same area was awful. The bar and the restaurant were very nice. Although the bar didn’t open until 5 pm on the weekend. We had to go somewhere else. The Queen size sheets and mattress pad were too small for the mattress. They ended up flipping up all night. See pictures.
