"Mixed review terrible to excellent - initially put into the ground floor wing near the tennis court which was obvious at some point had water damage because the entire wing strongly smelt of mould. By midnight I was wheezing with an allergic reaction, called reception and within 15 minutes was upgraded to a suite & free breakfast for the duration of my stay (estimated $500 in value). Once moved the room was excellent & on par with what I had paid. So I must praise the staff for a quick & great value resolution BUT it’s not ideal to be putting guests in mouldy rooms for health reasons which could have resulted in an ambulance visit and legal ramifications. Nowhere else in the very large resort smelt of mould I might add, only the ground floor right wing. "

"Lovely, well located small boutique hotel. Decor, furnishings and amenities were great and in a great location of Byron Bay. King size bed extremely comfortable and quiet rooms. Will definitely return!"

"It was convenient to visit our family. Accommodation was modern, clean and household items in the unit were reasonably good."

"I had a little water dragon crawl up to sit on my knee- nature is close at hand via the veranda view. Accommodation was much larger than expected. Facilities were more than adequate. We could see that the grounds , when finished (eg. the pond and fountain area) will look beautiful. Our unit was close to the road and was a bit noisy as people went to and from work but the venue made up for this. "

"It was centrally located. Easy walk to the main beach And dining. Staff were very helpful. The only draw back was the payed parking on top of the accommodation fees. But that was across the board around Byron Bay. So all in all a good few days. 😁. "
