"Our stay at Sambora Kinigi was truly special and one we will remember for a long time. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed, cared for, and at home. Decoration was beautiful.
Every single member of the team was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Traveling with our baby daughter can sometimes require a little extra planning and flexibility, but the team accommodated all of our needs with so much warmth, patience, and genuine care. It made such a difference to be able to relax and enjoy our time knowing that our little family was being looked after so thoughtfully.
They also helped us plan our trekking experience, making the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Their local knowledge and willingness to help with every detail made us feel completely taken care of, both at the hotel and while exploring the area.
And a very special thank you to Kai, the manager, who was absolutely extraordinary. Her attention, kindness, and genuine desire to make sure everything was perfect truly stood out. She made us feel not just like guests, but like family.
