"Staff came to our door twice to interrupt to show us an iPad menu of food options which we didn’t request. No washcloths, only one hand towel and 2 bath towels for three people. Fan needed to be serviced for noise. Airport shuttle wasn’t available"

"It's a nice place to stay. The only problem is the room is only for one person, for couple you have to add more money."

"The staff were very helpful and the place whilst spartan is clean. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss but the views over Kigali whilst eating were brilliant."
