Northern Ontario Hotels with Hot Tubs

"The staff was amazing. We had to leave early and Chris at the front desk was nice to show us the breakfast room. We were able to have toast,bagels,and a good cup of coffee, before we left. Thanks. Very clean and quiet. "

"The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Kids were running up and down the halls for 2 days straight ALL day and no one did anything about it. The indoor hot tub was closed, the waterfalls weren’t working. Then halfway through swimming , staff shocked the pool so we couldn’t go in it. Outdoor hot tub thankfully was the highlight. Staff at Casey’s was AMAZING. Brunch, dinner and night entertainment and staff AMAZING "

"The room Was sub standard. Pictures on web site looked nice but the room was old and dirty. The sheets had stains on them. The mattress had stains. No mattress cover on the mattress. Towels grey in colour and needs to be replaced . The pillows were little balls of nothing i had a sore neck from them. When you needed supplies such as toilet paper, soap, etc you had to go down to the main desk. I will never stay there again"

"nice room left alone! had a hard time getting ahold of the front desk 4 long phone calls later! and wifi wouldn’t connect to my xbox and they wouldn’t give staff email wifi so… but other than that nice place "
