The layout of the room was awesome, it was quite large, but the sofa bed mattress pretty much felt like springs covered in a thin blanket. The only issues that I experienced, were the remote for the cable and TV did not communicate properly with the TV. Had to actually get up and walk to it to adjust the volume or the power button. (I knew that I should have brought a child with me. Lol.) And it's an older building and it had limited outlets...
