The front desk guy was rude and disinterested in customers, we watched him deal with others as well as us and it was extremely bad. He needs training. Totally not whats expected with anything carrying a Best Western branding.

It's a great hotel out in the middle of nowhere! The motel is very clean and comfortable. The problem stemmed from the internet.... the TV wouldn't stream, and wifi was spotty at best. Don't know if this was a "today-only" issue or a "all-the-time" issue, but it made for a very boring evening!

This is an average stay for average price hotel. Some things have been redone which makes it an ok stay but the staff that checked us in never made eye contact or spoke in complete sentences - his phone kept beeping (game in process?)and he was just trying to process us and get us out of the lobby as quickly as possible to return to his phone. The window in our room to the exterior was broken, cob webs over one of the beds, bathroom corners were filled with crud from not being cleaned properly. I probably won’t stay here again. The staff when we left in the morning was much more polite. It was the most economical choice for the area and probably was priced appropriately

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Price was right. Simple breakfast in the morning. Coffee was excellent and breakfast room was clean. Will definitely stay again on our next trip thru in the fall.
