Every single person from the manager, Massimo, Veronica and the two incredible young men who worked at reception in the evening went over and above to assist regarding dining, transport, finding information etc. I arrived slightly disappointed in the location and left knowing that when I returned to that area, i would only stay at the Regency hotel in Lissone.
