"Great rooms. Great hosts. They bring breakfast to your room. "

"Easy checking in and out via the text communication. The water temperature was a bit hit and miss. It would be only hot in the sink for a while. The knob on the shower was a bit difficult to turn on, someone with arthritis might have trouble. A couple times the neighbors across the street were loud, but nothing the air conditioning wouldn't cover. Overall a nice , clean convenient stay."

"Grounds were well kept, inside was clean and inviting, rooms were great, staff was nice. Parking for hotel guests kinda sucks being so far away from hotel entry. "

"What a hidden gem! Staff were all so delightful, kind and friendly. Food was AMAZING. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hotel was quaint and so comfortable. Their clothing store next to the hotel is also wonderful, don't miss out on this hidden gem in Fall River. We LOVED our stay."

"Two words - no elevator. Grumpy desk clerk made no attempt to try to get or offer us (an elderly couple) a 1st floor room.. The free breakfast was poor with a toaster to heat up frozen waffles or precooked French toast. On the plus side there is plenty of parking and an affiliated restaurant across the parking lot. I won’t go back."

"Since we had a tire problem on the road, we were unable to make it to Susanville. I was unable to reach either Expedia or the motel. Calling the motel put me into a loop with "Justin". I expect to get charged for the night but it is unacceptable that I couldn't let the motel know I would not be there. Expedia's web site required my password even though I had the itinerary #. Very poor!"

"We love staying here and always do when in Susanville. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the bed is super comfortable. We do however miss the microwave and coffee maker in the room. I have a hard time walking and it’s a bit much to go down to the lobby for those items to use. We assumed it’s due to theft. I would like to suggest a library system for a coffee maker and microwave where a deposit is made to use them and returned upon checkout. Parking was accessible as we...
