This hotel is extremely noisy, It is located right between the freeway and railroad tracks which BOTH are very close by. It is also adjacent to a very busy street. Trains came by at 3 am and 4am with horns blaring. Got little sleep. Rooms were decent in size. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO INVEST IN DOUBLE PANE WINDOWS TO HELP DECREASE THE NOISE.

Breakfast was good and fresh, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The lobby was perfect, but our room looked neglected. The bathroom ceiling had mold stains. The sofa was tattered, and many scuffs on the walls.

The property is close to the Toyota Amphitheater. Bonus there is not a two night minimum. The room was clean, carpet could always use more cleaning. The air conditioning was tricky. It was not consistently staying on. Waffles were a nice treat in the morning for breakfast. We were there for less than 24 hours. It suited its purpose for three adults.

Breakfast was good. Loved our room it was Very spacious & staff was friendly. My only complaint is there wasn't a tip jar to leave tips for the breakfast buffet staff & I haven't seen that at other hotels that I have stayed at. We had a great time &will definetly be back! Thank you!

We were visiting in town to visit some family in Yuba City and found this hotel that was perfect for a weekend stay. The beds are very comfortable and the space and all was good. The only down fall there was is that the sink would clog up fast and when trying to see what was as in there’s it look like hairs and mold. As well seen a old molded muffin under one of the tables in the room looks like it had been there for awhile. After leaving the last day I did inform that to the front desk about this. But other then that everything was great the breakfast and the place was very calm. Would stay here again next time when visiting.
