"Like - clean room, staff and breakfast excellent Parking - I didn't like the extra charge for parking for staying at the hotel"

"Staff at the front desk was not helpful with my reservation issue . I had booked through Expedia and had an issue with the dates. all they would say is , unfortunately that is what happens when you book with a third party. Did not even try to accommodate me. I paid for three nights for nothing. The girl should have had a mask on because she robbed me ."

"Everything was good"

"Our stay exceeded expectations. We were able to get into our cottage about 3 hours early than anticipated. Mary was outstanding and was a friendly and accomodating as could be. I highly recommend a stay here and we will be back as well."

"Beautiful property. We did not take advantage of all of the amenities but it is a gorgeous property and we loved where it was located."

"Shuttle service is non existent. The shower leaked so bad -- the bathroom floor was flooded each time my wife or I took a shower! Wall paper is peeling from bathroom. Balcony was unclean and furniture could not be sat in - because it was so moldy!"

"Everything was wonderful"

"Staff, facility, beach, pools, were all very nice. Highly recommend"

"Room was nice. Staff always great. Love this place."

"Great location and hotel, just know there is no dining anywhere on the property. But, plenty of choices just down the sidewalk at Baytown Wharf or the marina"
