"The hotel apartment was nice and in a good location 6min walk to the station or a 1 min walk to the ferry. The rooms are on the small side as not much room to store bags. This could be fixed if the lamp and small table removed as not need and just get in the way. This is where you could put suitcases. The thing i like was the moment something wasnt working properly it was fixed the same day or next. Would definitely stay here again"

"The room was very modern and clean. It was perfect for our requirements. Our only issue was the fact that we got our check in instructions when we were waiting outside out the premises after having to contact customer service. Perhaps emailing the info out earlier in the day would be better. "

"We stayed in a large studio and were really impressed with the size compared to a lot of other properties in London. Very clean with everything you need (apart from decaf coffee!) We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. Would definitely stay again."

"Personale gentilissimo, la nostra stanza era pronta molto prima rispetto all’orario di check-in e con una bimba piccola è stato perfetto. C’è anche la possibilità di fare late check-out. Appartamento spazioso e cucina fornita di praticamente tutto il necessario per cucinare. Ci hanno fornito anche una culletta per la bimba. Posizione ottima a due passi dalla stazione di Paddington, perfetto per chi come noi arriva da Heathrow. E a due passi da kensington gardens. Lo consiglio assolutamente, noi...

"We stayed here for 10 days as a family of 3. The accomodation was everything we needed. They have a washing machine and dryer that you can you use free of charge which is fantastic. The accomodation is in a lovely area and walking distance to the Paddington train station, food outlets. Would definitely stay here again. "
