"Pros:
-Staff were pleasant - especially concierge desk and valet at the entry... they were the BEST!
-Location is fantastic - so close to Westminster Bridge, The Eye, Trafalgar Square, etc... very central to so much history!!
-Pricey
Cons:
-The room we were given we had to wait nearly two hours past check-in to get the room{they were still cleaning it) - I didn't see any other guests simply waiting to get in, other guests got key and went directly up to rooms -- It made me wonder if it was...
