"Location is great, room was fine, we had a twin room and literally just needed somewhere to sleep so was perfect for what we needed it for. Main entrance and stairs up to our room are dirty and need some touch ups, no shampoo in our room, attachments on the wall were empty. Beds were clean, but the whole having no staff and self check in wasn’t ideal, but again was fine considering we just needed something easy for two nights"

"Pros: Easy check-in, location is quiet. There’s a short 10 minute walk to South Kensington Station which connects you to everywhere in London. The grocery store was 3 minutes away (open until 12AM!) and had all the essentials. Laundromat (wash & fold services) and pharmacy were also a short walk away. Public space and patio in the lobby were great! It would be nice to have some soundproof working booths for privacy so you could take important phone calls. Cons: My room had a connecting door to...
