I recommend adding the breakfast to your stay as it was very very good! It helped not trying to find a place for breakfast and the selection they had was bountiful! Loved it all!!"

"Pros: Easy check-in, location is quiet. There’s a short 10 minute walk to South Kensington Station which connects you to everywhere in London. The grocery store was 3 minutes away (open until 12AM!) and had all the essentials. Laundromat (wash & fold services) and pharmacy were also a short walk away. Public space and patio in the lobby were great! It would be nice to have some soundproof working booths for privacy so you could take important phone calls. Cons: My room had a connecting door to...

"Why 3 stars? Well it comes down to the WC being next to the bed and we were in a large room. Great if you’re on your own but I’m certain your partner will not appreciate the noise and smells that your morning routine will create! The rest of the hotel is 5*. Great staff but it’s no good having the toilet basically right next to the sleeping end of the bed!"
