It was a nice stay. Always a plus when the employees at the facility are professionals and can help you in English. The room was well cleaned and nicely maintained. We enjoyed the bar section and the lobby. The breakfast had lots of variety and tasty, as well. Vielen dank!

We finally found a great hotel close to the Frankfurt Airport. This hotel is clean, updated, 10 minutes from the airport, but quiet and comfortable. They have a small bar/eatery on site that serves a small selection of delicious food and they also offer a shuttle service to the airport. We will be back there!

Refreshing and comfortable.

We were overwhelmed by the friendliness and professionalism of Mirabelle at the front desk. Hotel was spacious, modern, clean and comfy. The breakfast was amazing. Perfect location for those needing the airport. Shuttle available (at extra cost). Great swimming pool (available at extra cost). We also opted for late check out which was super helpful (also at an extra cost).

Clean property, friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the airport. There was an issue with the heating throughout the stay - the room was too hot. Entertainment wise, just standard tv channels!

Nice, we love the fact that pullout couch was in a separate room from the bedroom. Only challenge was that there was no standard shuttle service from the Frankfurt airport, so we had to take an Uber.

The hotel is well equipped and not too far from the airport. We only stayed one night while in transit from Greece to Vancouver. The hotel was extremely busy and understaffed. The staff working did their utmost to serve everyone as quickly as they could but they were very clearly under a ton of pressure and should have had at least 3-4 more staff working in the restaurant/bar area. I felt bad for the one server and her manager who were operating at 150%. Not their fault and I have no idea why there were so under staffed.

Arrived at 9 pm. It was difficult for the taxi driver to fine the hotel as the name is different than Sunday, the receptionist was helpful but the pool and fitness center were closed. The restaurant was not operational. The bus taking you to the airport is not regular. The room has only one pillow and half the lights are not operational. A very gloomy Hotel

Was convenient because close to the airport and they have parking, but wouldn’t stay here again. Pictures are misleading. The lobby is updated, but rooms are old and dingy and smoke smell throughout the hotel. Pool looks nice at first but we saw things in the water and kids didn’t want to get it. Just not my type of hotel.
