"Great hotel for price stayed in few times before, good location for West end musical that you can just walk to them. Staff was helpful when was struggling to check in on the ipads. Plenty of food and shops near by, again good price good location for trip to London"

"It is the most crowded hotel I have ever been to, but it is very budget-friendly. The rooms are tiny, but they are more than adequate, and the shower is great. Few staffs at the reception desk are not attentive, welcoming, though given the volume of guests they manage daily, their demeanor is understandable. On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of most attractions Copenhagen has to offer."

"Perfect location close to Public transport! Nice and clean hotel, big comfy bed! Lots of pillows. Would stay again. Nice sauna and pool room. Really relaxing."

"Although the hotel looked nice, the staff was not very helpful and there was no customer service. At check in, with no other guests, we were told to use a machine. Over the next few days, everyone used the front desk. When we told the front desk that someone vacuumed in front of our room very early and woke us up, they nicely sent us a card that gave us a 3 hour late check out, and free coffee and pastries from the lobby. When we returned from breakfast, we were locked out of our room and even the elevators. After the keycard was updated, we got our luggage to leave. We went down to get the free items, but the lobby was empty and no one was working the coffee cart. Again we had to find an employee. So the room was fine, but there was no personality, or customer care. Personally I would not stay there again."
