"We stay at a lot of Four Seasons and this one seemed just like an average hotel room. It was nice but for the price you pay it should be excellent. The room was just so-so for us. We had to move rooms when we first got there because the toilet was broken. After a long day of traveling that was aggravating. Some of our other family stayed at the Ritz and it was much better IMO. For the price, I’d stay somewhere else."

"The resort is incredible. The rooms are even bigger than they show online. They back right onto vines which is such a beautiful experience. The staff is so accommodating and everything was wonderful. One small hiccup - the restaurant Truss was a bit of a nightmare. 3 hours for a quick dinner. Dirty dishes everywhere.
