"VERY LOUD! The cleaners DO NOT CLEAN and they aren't very friendly at all. The front desk is ok... but they definitely do the bare minimum. The amenities are fun but they have music playing so loud starting in the middle of the afternoon you can't even have a conversation by the pool. Definitely not worth the price"

"It's a hostel, so you need to know what this means - shared toilets and showering. Breakfast was good and great location for Queen Street and walkable to Suncorp, which suited us."

"Everything was amazing! Wished we had a longer stay. Friendly informative staff, easy going guests and patrons next door, great window view, affordable prices, close to amenities and activities. Really appreciated the small details like chilled great tasting water in the fridge. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE PLACE!!"

"The room was alright but there was a big window that had a light just outside of it with no curtain over it. I had to cover it with a sheet. Also the en-suite restrooms could use better cleaning. The rooftop bar was closed despite it seemingly being within operating hours."

"Room was basic but clean. Yha sydney is a lot nicer. I had a twin ensuite which had towels and body wash included. There are no lifts so I had to carry luggage up the stairs. There's not enough staff so it takes a while to check in and check out"
