"The only difficulty we had with our stay was checking in. There is no reception at this hotel. It is “self check in.”We received an email where the link to the door codes wouldn’t open. We tried sending an email to the hotel - no reply. We tried telephoning - no answer. Finally, we contacted a guest who was sitting outdoors and she said there was cleaning staff about. "Excellent location and very well maintained property. One of the only locations with staff on duty with great customer service. Breakfast was excellent with good selection of food choices. The only negative were the millions of potholes on the road leading up to the property but that’s the job of the city/town officials not the property owners. Highly recommended."
