"First, we travel with the Service dog and were charged to stay in a pet room that was higher than the price guaranteed on Expedia. Taxes were NOT included and added to increase the price more upon check in. When I questioned this, staff said it was “ because pet rooms only had king beds.” We had to go get a broom to sweep out our room because there was so much debris on the floor. " Clean room. They have done some renovations. I felt like it was a great choice traveling with my 3 kids. We will stay here again. Front staff was very helpful, and gave us delicious options for dinner and breakfast/lunch. "
