"We stayed here 2 years ago and it was a bit dated but clean. This time, new ownership and updated room and lobby---very tasteful and inviting! The host was very accommodating, breakfast items tasty and the room was wonderful--comfortable bed, pillows, new bathroom remodel---highly recommend this to anyone visiting Buffalo!"

"Very appealing huge hotel with water fall inside. Their breakfast area in the morning was very good. We all enjoyed the Oasis restaurant/bar inside the hotel for dinner and my beer. The bathroom door knob was almost clear off. I tightened as best I could, but it was not right. The bathroom sink kept plugging up, backing up. The pool was enjoyed by my Granddaughters."

"The shower and bathtub were not cleaned and had soap residue and dark hairs from previous occupants. The waitress in the restaurant acted like we were an inconvenience and was not super friendly. Everyone in our party got their food and my grandson sat waiting for his food. Finally we asked where his was and she was like “ ooops I forgot to put it in the computer” Good food. Bad service."
