"Love the upstairs section. Spa superb. Only thing was bar fridge froze some of our food.
This is our favourite place to stay on East Coast. St Helen’s is one of the best towns to be in too. Great locality to everything"
"Bed was so uncomfortable. Could feel the springs poking into me. We took 2 rooms with 2 double beds each. All 4 beds were the same. Hotel seem to have done some aesthetic updates but beds were left out of it.

"Check in was excellent and informative, room was clean and modern with beautiful views of the ocean. Parking is easy right outside your room.
The big downside was that you couldn’t use the toilet as it backed up and took about 10 minutes to clear. When reported to housekeeping they said it was normal for that block."
