The hotel was full, but the desk clerk worked with us and was able to provide an "emergency room" for us. We paid a 50% premium over the online price. Upon getting into the room, we could tell it was a "held in reserve" room as the shelves and cabinets had not been dusted, and the hair conditioner dispenser...
