"Room was clean. Hotel was in excellent repair. Pool area was well used but well maintained. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be better but it’s a simple buffet and was adequate for being included. "

"I will definitely be back to stay in each sweet but (I will leave alcoholic boys who bully woman at home) and bring my children now that I know there’s a pool! We will try every room… mom will get her time away from caregiving and treat us queens to beautiful historic luxury at a fraction of city prices and it’s 20 miles away! "Great price for a clean room and free hot breakfast! Property is older and a little janky (our toilet paper holder was coming loose from the wall, raw edges on the newly installed vanity/sink, VERY LOUD heat/AC unit as others have mentioned), BUT the room was clean, staff was incredibly helpful, clean and comfortable bed/pillows, and free breakfast in the morning. We’ve stayed at more expensive hotels in Kirksville at least a dozen times and have regularly been disappointed in lack of amenities,...

"Not happy with the way the room was heated. It was a in-wall unit. It was hard to control. The fan ran intermittently and when it ran it was very loud it was. I was unable to put it on a low speed and could not control the temperature"

The fitness center had potential but the treadmills were not good. One of them didn't go faster than 1.2 mph. Once i got on another machine that worked.
