"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Grand master suite. The jacuzzi was worth the upgrade. We enjoyed the board walk to the coho cafe and the outdoor pool/ hottub area was relaxing in the winter, with views of the lake. Will be returning to Bluefin Bay."

Communication to guests about amenities is not followed through upon when stated. It’s clear some staff don’t care. And it’s clear some staff are truly trying. Also, what happened to the waffles. "

"Was not told the pool would be out of service. The price reflected a nice pool, was offered a $25 per night refund but was not able to receive it since it was booked thru Expedia. Vouchers for places we couldn’t use. Will NEVER EVER use Expedia for comfort inn AGEIN. Do you understand!!??!! "

"Staff was friendly and the property was clean. Parking was easy and convenient. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. Breakfast area was crowded and small. We did not eat."
