"We were checked into a room that had a broken bathroom sink faucet we didn't get to use. Front desk staff were notified. The Wifi connection is also not good; it's really slow."

"Parking is in the back and there is no signage telling you that. The evening staff was so rude I found different accommodations for my second night in town. I was still charged for the second, and I didnt even care because it was better than staying here and being treated horribly. The pool was suppose to be open and wasnt. They are not totally handicap accessible on the 3rd floor at least. The elevator smelled like alcohol too. All things i could tolorate except rude staff is a huge no for me. I would not recommend this place."
