"We love the location and atmosphere of the Radisson and have lots of great family memories there. We found the front desk staff friendly and helpful and had the best view of the harbor ever. Our only disappointment was the 360 restaurant. The menu was limited, the service was slow and the food seemed like it was prepared elsewhere, frozen, and heated up for our dinner."

"The service at the Grill was utterly chaotic, with items delivered out of order or not at all until servers (there were several, and it was never clear whether anyone was in charge) were reminded. The food at the Grill was unremarkable at best. Service, food, and prices were much better at the bakery."

"This is a 1925 building that has been updated. It was fun seeing the original details that still exist. The rooms have been updated, the bathrooms could use a little tlc. "
