There is a strong smell of hotel disinfectant in the room, and the room is next to the elevator, which is very noisy at night! Maybe it’s because it‘s next to the elevator, so the room is very hot! And the temperature control panel in the room is useless! You can only turn on the air conditioner by the window, and this air conditioner is very noisy! Sleepmode had no effect, which caused me to wake up from the heat at night, and the sheets and quilts were soaked! Maybe this is also the reason why I have a nosebleed! Anyway, the experience is very bad!"

"Bathroom had no facial tissue or hand towels. Nowhere to hang towels. Room came with kitchenette but no utensils, dish soap, towels. All cupboards and drawers were bare. Upon checking the front desk staff announced my room number to the whole entire lobby. When I mentioned this made me uncomfortable and was a safety concern, the staff simply shrugged and apologized. Hallways smells of cooked cabbage. Room itself had no odour. "

"I am writing this review to warn other travelers—particularly solo female travelers—about a traumatic and unsafe experience I had at this property. My stay was cut short due to a major security failure that left me feeling completely compromised. The issues began immediately when I was checked into the wrong room. I chose not to complain at the time, but the situation escalated into a nightmare at 4:00 AM when a group of strangers was given access to my room. They opened the door and entered while I was inside, which was terrifying. To make matters worse: • The room phone was broken: When I tried to contact the front desk to report the intruders, the phone did not work. I had to use my personal device to reach them. • Zero Proactive Communication: The staff informed me they would check the cameras and call me back. I never received that call. I had to follow up myself only to be told it was a "technical error." • No Management Follow-up: I was told a manager would contact me regarding this security breach and I have heard nothing. I felt so unsafe and shaken that I checked out immediately, unable to sleep or spend another minute in the building. A "technical error" is not an excuse for allowing strangers to enter an occupied room in the middle of the night. The lack of urgency and basic empathy from the staff since the incident is appalling."
