"The fridge in the room had old food from a previous guest in it. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. Mold at the bottom of the bathroom shower tub. The breakfast is an insult and below McDonalds standard, which I thought was the lowest possible. The coffee is light brown and void of all flavor because there is no coffee in it, the bacon, potatoes and eggs tasted like carton. Microwave breakfast served on a disgusting paper plate and with plastic cutlery third world style. When I got back to...

"A dirty sock was found in our bed! The carpets had not been vacuumed, the door latch did not work and the extra broken parts were on our vanity. The clerk was notified and we were told there were no other rooms available and were not compensated monetarily either. The room was $140! We have stayed several times at this Baymont and enjoyed it but never again"

"The staff was great, nice and clean, But…. The hot tub jets weren’t working and our bathroom sink was plugged solid. As we were only overnight we reported it on check out. The cleaning staff in hotels need to do a better job of reporting things like that as they are the eyes in the rooms "

"Staff was very polite and professional. Pool and hot tub were clean. Rooms were also very clean. Most comfortable bed at any hotel we have stayed at. Would stay here again."
